The procurement, sales and supply of high standard services, requires dedicated concern for quality at every level of our activities, and all times.
Commitment to quality is an integral part of all our business activities, embedded in all its procedures.
We can assure our clients through this document that, the quality of our services can be achieved and sustained, through training to all our employees, so that they know, understand and can perform their individual tasks in a quality responsible manner, necessary for ensuring a high standard of quality.
Quality Audits and Reviews will be performed periodically based on quality check lists, in accordance with an objective plan to evaluate the adequacy of the Quality Services and its implementation throughout PIJCO’S operations.
All Managers at PIJCO INTEGRATED SERVICES LTD are responsible for:
- Providing sufficient procedures to cover all activities that affect quality.
- Verifying that approved procedures are adopted by respective personnel.
- Ensuring that the personnel are adequately qualified to carry out their responsibilities.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
It shall be the duty of PIJCO INTEGRATED SERVICES LTD to ensure, so far as it is reasonably practicable, the Health and Safety and Welfare at work of all its employees.
The matter to which that duty extends include in particular:
(a) Arrangements for ensuring, so far as it is reasonably practicable, safety and absence of risks to health in connection with the use, handling, storage and transport of articles and substances.
(b) The provision of such instruction, training and supervision as is necessary to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety at work of PIJCO’s employees.
(c) So far is reasonably practicable as regards any place of work under PIJCO INTEGRATED SERVICES LTD control, the maintenance of it in a condition that is safe and without risks to health and the provision and maintenance of means to and egress from it that are safe and without such risks.
(d) To take reasonable care for health and safety of its self and of other person who may be affected by this acts or omission at work.
(e) As regards any duty or requirement imposed on its employer or other person by or under statutory provisions to cooperate with it so far as is necessary to enable that duty or requirement to be performed or compiled with.
Section 8 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 makes it an offence for employees, visitors, customers or any members of the public to intentionally or recklessly interfere with anything provided in the interests of health, safety or welfare. Thus for example misuse or abuse of fire extinguishers, first aid boxes, emergency exits etc. is illegal.
